I'm Hal Elman, or as my campers like to call me, Papa Hal. Can you imagine spending the last 36 years of my life playing with children? How lucky can a guy get?

But don't think that I'm enjoying this alone. I have lots of help from my wife Barbara, my partner Beverly and in recent years my daughter Jenni.

Together with the most loving, warm and dedicated staff, we have created the ultimate day camp experience. Once you become part of the Twin Oaks family, you remain in our lives forever. We have watched campers become counselors, counselors become parents, and parents become grandparents.

Twin Oaks is a progressive camp. We are constantly improving our grounds as seen in our new playgrounds, climbing wall, zip line and locker rooms. We are constantly changing our program to challenge our children's skills and abilities, as well as their imagination and creativity. Our progressive programming and spectacular special events keep the excitement alive as our campers mature in our program.

Allow me to let you in on a little secret. This is the finest camp experience you could ever want for your child, and I'm not the only one who thinks so.
